Pasta with Peas and Ham


Pasta with peas and ham is a lightening quick dinner which will go down a treat and is a good use for left over baked ham.

Serves: 2 adults and 2 children Prep Time:  5 mins Cooking Time: 25 minutes

grams pasta

grams frozen peas
125 grams cream cheese
125 ml chicken or vegetable stock
1 teaspoons cornflour
1 teaspoons water
200 grams cooked ham


  1. Cook the pasta until al dente and drain. Add the peas for the last 5 minutes cooking time.
  2. In the empty pasta pan add the cream cheese and stock. Stir gently over a low to medium heat until well combined.
  3. Mix the cornflour and water together then add to the cream cheese and stock. Stir well, the sauce will thicken slightly.
  4. Add the pasta, peas and ham to the sauce and stir. Heat through and serve with veggies.
