Pasta with peas and ham is a lightening quick dinner which will go down a treat and is a good use for left over baked ham.
|Serves: 2 adults and 2 children||Prep Time: 5 mins||Cooking Time: 25 minutes|
|125||ml||chicken or vegetable stock|
- Cook the pasta until al dente and drain. Add the peas for the last 5 minutes cooking time.
- In the empty pasta pan add the cream cheese and stock. Stir gently over a low to medium heat until well combined.
- Mix the cornflour and water together then add to the cream cheese and stock. Stir well, the sauce will thicken slightly.
- Add the pasta, peas and ham to the sauce and stir. Heat through and serve with veggies.
