With a little planning you can cook dinners for your family that are tasty, healthy and do not break the bank. One way to do this is to plan your meals ahead. I do this and it saves me having to think everyday about what to have for dinner. On a Sunday I will plan the meals for Monday to Friday and do a main shop. By doing this I can plan quick meals for days that I know we are busy. Planning ahead means that you are less tempted to grab a ready meal from the supermarket when rushing from school to swimming to cubs. It also reduces the temptation to buy a takeaway.
